The foundations / France
Computer science engineering at ENSEA, alongside management studies at Audencia, gave me two ways to look at a problem: how the system works, and what people need from it.
Teaching and IT have always been my two passions. As a private tutor, I learned to explain difficult ideas, adapt to different learners and enjoy the moment something clicks.
Early projects & communities / France
My first websites were built with WordPress. I created the WordPress France community and grew it to more than 7,000 members. Building a place for people to share knowledge was as interesting as building the websites.
I explored no-code tools, tested trials and looked for useful software at a sensible cost—from HubSpot CRM to H5P for interactive learning content. That curiosity became a habit: understand what already exists before deciding what to build.

At BNP Paribas, I worked on a print and dematerialization transformation programme, connecting business teams, IT and an external provider. Jira, Kanban and day-to-day delivery made enterprise systems tangible.
My manager was an Operae Partners consultant specializing in Lean Management. Their training and our continuous-improvement practices taught me to observe work, understand friction and make useful changes. I also began to understand ERP systems and how users and IT communicate.
2017 / Chengdu, China
Working with an official AWS partner in China, I completed extensive AWS training and became a technical reference for the commercial team: understanding requirements, discussing options and designing cloud solutions.
I obtained a China-specific equivalent of the AWS Solutions Architect credential, not an internationally applicable AWS certification. Outside work, I taught English and French to meet people, exchange ideas and grow my network.
2017–present · alongside my career / France → fully remote
After returning to France, I joined SupEducation, modernized its technology and processes, and later became president—a role I still hold. The organization has always operated with zero employees: volunteers teach or help new learners get started.
APIs and webhooks automate administration so volunteers can focus on people. I also handle the annual accounts. With 50+ active volunteers, continuity depends on clear responsibilities, functional leads, trust, autonomy and practical onboarding. A new mobile app is now in testing.

I joined Worldline as the on-site connection between a French government client in Quimper and engineers in Marseille. My initial work was bug reporting and client communication. I soon went further.
With no official documentation, inconsistent naming and a database of more than 1,000 tables, I learned the coding and database skills needed to investigate the system and build automations myself. Worldline recognized me as a most-promising talent.

I returned to China with Atos to work on the Olympic Management System for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, particularly Workforce Management.
My Software Manager position was a technical role: database configuration, parameterization and change coordination across seven test and production-related environments. I built an automated dashboard to make differences and changes visible to the team.
2020–2021 / France
Back at Worldline, I continued work for the French government, using automation to reduce repetitive administrative tasks and the friction around them. The goal was more useful, more enjoyable work.
Across 2018–2021, the wider operation moved from around 200 people to 100 through retirements without replacement and reassignment. Automation contributed alongside other changes; that entire reduction was not the result of my work alone.

I made Thailand my long-term home and built an independent software and automation business. Across my career, I have worked with government organizations, startups, nonprofits and independent professionals.
Sometimes the right answer is teaching Make or Zapier. Sometimes it is a custom script running on someone’s computer, or a complete platform like NS Solutions’ hospitality workspace. I coded before AI; today, agents accelerate implementation and help monitor systems, while I own the architecture and review.

I recently learned Unity and started creating mobile and WebGL games. One party-game concept lets up to 50 people scan a QR code and use their phones as controllers for characters on a shared screen.
At an afterwork gathering, I gave my AI agents the brief while I socialized; we played the result that evening. Another one-day project: a Bangkok fighting game with a tuk-tuk driver and a noodle-selling grandma, complete with a tuk-tuk charge, wok attacks and chili stuns.

Entrepreneurship taught me to own outcomes, but being responsible for everything also meant constant context switching and limited time to disconnect. I now want to focus on engineering with shared responsibility and a sustainable rhythm.
I’m looking for a full-time Tech Lead role: get hands-on with the platform, develop the team and stay to see the work grow. I’m moving to Bangkok on 16 October and available from Monday, 19 October 2026 at 09:00 Bangkok time.

I connect business, engineering, and people.
My path runs through enterprise systems, international consulting, and building an education organization. I’m as interested in how a team works as in what its software can do.
Thailand is my long-term home. I’m choosing a full-time role in Bangkok for focused engineering, shared responsibility, a sustainable working rhythm and a lasting commitment to one team.
Teaching has been a constant: private tutoring, languages in China, volunteer education and now helping people around me use AI. I enjoy making technology understandable as much as making it work.
I can build with code, connect existing tools or teach someone to automate a process themselves. The right choice depends on the problem and the people who will own it.

A full-time Tech Lead or Engineering Lead role in Bangkok. I want to get hands-on with an existing platform, improve it, and recruit and grow an engineering team that can own it over time.
Both. I work across requirements, architecture, implementation, and review, while setting direction and helping people own decisions.
Running a business taught me to own outcomes, but also spread my time across many non-technical responsibilities. I want to focus that experience on engineering, develop a team and help one organization grow over the long term.
I learned to code before AI and still understand and review what I ship. Agents help me move faster: I give them focused roles, scoped context and clear access boundaries, while keeping responsibility for architecture, testing and decisions. I also teach others how to use AI in their own work.
I’m moving to Bangkok on 16 October 2026 and available to start on Monday, 19 October at 09:00 Bangkok time. I speak French natively and English at a full professional level.
